The Fall 2013 quarter has arrived, and our new Bible Studies for Life: Young Adults curriculum is now available and in full swing for use. Bible Studies for Life: Young Adults replaces our former LifeMatters curriculum and offers a simplified, easy prep, and engaging format for you and your group. These improvements will help you do the following:
Connect the Unconnected
With compelling biblical studies that are focused on real life issues and with tools designed to help you promote each new study to draw people into a group through relevant topics.
Many come to know the Lord through groups in our churches; our desire is to see groups and classes return to a commitment to reach and connect people. The conversation between Jesus and the woman at the well in John 4 serves as the guiding scripture behind this distinction.
Strengthen families
By helping parents take the lead as the primary disciple-makers of their families by providing an overview of what the whole family is studying and, for churches who use it across multiple age groups, aligning all ages in studying the same biblical concepts.
Wouldn’t it be great if parents and students and kids were having at least one conversation each week about what they are learning in their groups? Bible Studies for Life will provide tools to facilitate those conversations, the kind commanded in Deuteronomy 6:7.
Disciple people with intentionality and wisdom
While addressing the needs church members face, Bible Studies for Life does so with a strong commitment to how the biblical text speaks to real life. And how transformational discipleship really happens. Bible Studies for Life is built with great care, taking seriously the exhortation in 1 Corinthians 3:10.
