We at Threads hope you had a Merry Christmas, and we certainly hope you are gearing up for a safe and happy New Year.
But before that delightful day, we recognize that a few of you may find yourselves in a quandry – I’m talking about those of you who received iTunes gift cards for Christmas, of course. What can you possibly use them for that won’t be frivolous or soul-suckingly destructive? I mean, how many more Justin Bieber singles can you purchase without drifting into sin? If you continue your infatuation with Angry Birds, are you not flaunting disobedience of the apostle James’ command to be “slow to anger”? And don’t even get me started on that recent season of “Parks and Recreation” you’ve had your eye on….
Thankfully, the Threads team has a solution for you. Michael Kelley’s fabulous study Holy Vocabulary is now available through the iTunes Bookstore. And, Lord willing, it will be the vanguard of a whole host of Threads material accessible on a vast array of mobile devices and tablets of all description. So get those gift cards out and get your hands on something truly transformational this holiday season.
You’re welcome. :)
